Sarah Doktori is an assistant attorney general in the antitrust and consumer protection divisions of the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General, where she manages a range of litigation and investigations focused on protecting the rights of Minnesotans. She started her career as a litigator in private practice for several years, first at Morgan Lewis and then Wilson Sonsini, before joining the Minnesota AGO in 2021.
In law school, Sarah focused her studies in negotiation and conflict resolution, serving as a teaching assistant in numerous negotiation courses, including at Harvard Law School and MIT’s Sloan School of Business. She continues to train, consult, and advise clients on matters related to negotiation and dispute resolution in a variety of contexts and industries. She lives in Saint Paul with her husband Daniel, two young daughters, and dog Charlie, all of whom conspire to keep her smiling but sleep deprived.
